He began as a Software Developer at Arthur Andersen and rose through the ranks at Vertex Inc. In 2012, he became the Principal Software Consultant at Vertex and significantly impacted its global software development status. In 2020, he founded Rize Technologies, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and drive for innovation.

Ruda holds an MBA from the University of Miami and has completed advanced studies in big data and AI at Johns Hopkins, combining deep industry knowledge with a commitment to technological advancement.

Adam Lowenstein is an experienced sales leader with cross-functional competencies in sales enablement, sales operations, territory management, business development, and CRM deployment. With a robust background spanning over two decades, Adam drives business development, account management, and sales leadership.

His career includes pivotal roles in both small enterprises and Fortune 100 companies, emphasizing employee growth, key account stewardship, and high-impact performance in technology sales. Adam also serves as the CXO at Rize Technologies, Rizeware Solutions and AllRize, where he continues to leverage his extensive expertise to foster growth and innovation.

Ali Yamani is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience as a CTO and COO. He began his career as a research scientist at Canon Research Center America, earning a patent at the age of 25. Ali holds a master’s degree in software engineering and has served as an ambassador of Architecture for a Silicon Valley-based e-Commerce software enterprise, where he was recognized with a star award for his innovative contributions. His career spans various senior roles, including Sr. Architect, Executive Director, CTO, and COO, during his extensive work in the Middle East.

Ali’s leadership and expertise have been instrumental in developing robust IT infrastructure and optimizing system procedures and operations for our companies. Today, Ali is the COO at AllRize, Rizeware Solutions, and Rize Technologies.

Mark Krajnik, LSSGB, CPC, is a People & Talent expert with 30 years of experience in people leadership, talent acquisition, executive search, talent management, learning & development, and executive coaching. Mark has supported global brands like Korn Ferry, Lowe’s Companies Inc., Amazon, Amazon Web Services, CDI Corporation, Kelly Services, and ManpowerGroup in executive leadership roles and is best known for his ability to enable, inspire and motivate people as a servant leader. He has delivered results around recruitment operations, succession planning, performance development training, and human capital consulting.

Mark uses his creativity around building talent models to drive consistent success, building high-performance work teams, and establishing retention-based cultures. Today, Mark helps guide the human resources strategy for Rize Technologies, Rizeware Solutions, AllRize, and SunRize Marketing.

Franklyn Jones is a silicon-valley-based CMO with 25+ years of marketing leadership experience helping early-stage companies rise above the competitive noise, capture the attention of their target customers, and accelerate their sales pipeline growth. Franklyn has helped several companies participate in successful IPOs or exit through profitable acquisitions. Prior roles included marketing leadership positions at Palo Alto Networks, Juniper Networks, and Cequence Security. Today, Franklyn helps guide the marketing strategy for RizeTechnologies, AllRize and Rizeware Solutions.

Robert is a seasoned product strategist and technology leader with over 30 years of experience driving innovation and growth in the SaaS technology space. His career spans pivotal leadership roles at Arthur Andersen, PwC, and Vertex Inc., where he planned, developed, and led software solutions that transformed how businesses manage tax compliance, provision, and ERP integrations.

Known for his visionary thinking and ability to anticipate market needs, Robert has consistently delivered long-term product roadmaps that align with strategic business goals. He is a certified PMP and brings a unique blend of strategic foresight and operational discipline to every initiative—balancing big-picture innovation with precise execution.

In his work experience he has helped several companies achieve major milestones by applying practical knowledge to build better products and software. Coming from a development background, his analytical skills and pragmatic approach to things are invaluable. Urja Ojha is a strategic finance leader with over a decade of experience in corporate FP&A, financial strategy, and executive partnership across high-growth SaaS, cleantech, and enterprise sectors. She has a proven track record of optimizing financial operations, driving revenue growth, and aligning financial strategies with business objectives. With expertise in financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and cost optimization, she has led multi-million-dollar restructuring programs, SaaS revenue modeling, and corporate finance initiatives across global markets.
